I am just dropping you a line to say many thanks for your excellent service and quality product. You were the only window suppliers who were prepared to take on our sliding door design for which we are very grateful.......the house would not be quite the same without them. We had a very slight problem with one of the upstairs windows which was sorted out very promptly to our complete satisfaction. The electrician damaged a wooden internal beading and you replaced that free of charge even supplying a spare one in case we messed up the first one, absolutely fantastic!

Oh I feel terrible, I promise you I have been meaning to do this, we are just still in a state of chaos and can't find the lead with which to upload our photos. We will sort it out at the weekend and send you the photos. In the meantime I'm happy to give a recommendation! We are delighted with our Livingwood sliding doors, bi-fold doors, front door and windows. We have been really impressed with the customer service provided throughout the purchasing process, and also with the finished products which are well made and of a very high quality.

I am writing to say how pleased we were with the windows that you supplied and were fitted by your recommended installer, recently. The ordering process was very easy with your valuable, friendly help and advice. The installer did a very good job with attention to detail and minimal disruption to existing decorations. As you know the windows needed to "match" others in our house that were Danish in origin and of high standard. Your windows easily met this requirement and, indeed, the local building inspector commented that they were the best he had seen! I would highly recommend Livingwood Windows to anyone who wants good quality factory-finished timber windows at competitive cost.

We have recently been approached by Mr. Toby Golding of Livingwood Windows Ltd to provide a reference, relating to current ongoing works and previous construction works that we have been involved with them on.

With the recent project for a new domestic dwelling at High Meadows Playford, Ipswich, which incorporated full height glazed screens, doors and windows, we found them to have a good professional attitude towards the general design and programming of the works. In terms of organisation Mr. Golding was on hand at all times when various queries were raised, allowing the project to run smoothly, ensuring all trades linked in and that that all relevant dates were met.

With regard to quality of the units and installation works, we have been very happy with the workmanship and final finishing throughout completed project, as has the client.

As noted above the organisation on site is one of Livingwood Windows main strengths as well as the after sales, which reflected on the contract programme timescales, with High Meadows finishing on time.

Well, it is seven months almost exactly since I made my enquiry with you regarding windows and you referred me to Livingwood.

I am pleased to tell you that we did proceed to order our windows for our new house from Toby and Anthony and that we have just fitted them.

I felt that I must just write you a quick note, firstly to say that we could not possibly be more happy with these windows: their design and proportions are just perfect - they just don't look like I expected triple-glazed windows to look, their frames are so slim and elegant - and the quality of manufacture and the finish are just breathtaking! I also, incidentally, love the blackness in the colour of the tint of the glass...

Secondly, I would like to let you know that you have quite excellent agents here in the UK in the form of Anthony and Toby of Livingwood Windows. They have been extremely helpful and attentive and quite charming people to deal with.

I live in a very ordinary flat, the appearance of which has been transformed by the beautiful, high quality wood-framed double glazing units I bought from Livingwood Windows.

It's a pleasure dealing with Toby and Antony and their experience and technical know-how are a great help.

I considered going for the cheaper PVC option and I am delighted that I decided to go for the best solution, aesthetically and environmentally. Apart from keeping the flat both quiet and warm, even during the coldest winter for a long time, the windows give me pleasure every time I look at them and they've been much admired… I couldn't ask for more!
