Triple glazed top-swing window

The top-swing version of the 3K window features a triple-pane unit and swing hinges (G2475) by the renowned British lock company Yale - as a result, the maximum permitted load for the hinges is a remarkable 80 kilograms; this allows us to manufacture windows which have a wide pane area and can also be opened. Additionally, it has a safe opening guard so that the window can be opened step by step - the guard plays an especially important role in guaranteeing the safety of children.

Attractive
In a closed position, the hinges of the top-swing frame are cleverly hidden in the slots in the window structure between the frame and the jamb - as a result, these windows are also suitable for houses in a more modern style.

User Friendly
The window opens and closes smoothly and easily, whatever the size. The maximum load permitted for the window allows us to install triple-pane sealed units in the frame; these sealed units guarantee excellent thermal resistance and acoustic insulation.

Convenient
The window can be closed in a night -ventilation position which leaves a minimum gap between the frame and the jamb for the ventilation of the rooms. The window can be fitted with the Trimvent 90 ventilation flap which is approved and popular in the UK and guarantees the constant inflow of fresh air, even when the window is closed. The frame of the window can be completely rotated for safe and convenient window-cleaning, and the curtains, the roller blinds and the objects on the windowsill will not be in the way when the window is opened.

Triple glazed side-guided window

Livingwood triple glazed is available as a side-guided window & a top-swing window; it features a triple-pane unit and 90º side hinges (G2449) by the British company Yale; these allow us to manufacture tall outward-opening/out-swing windows. The 90º side-hung window can be easily opened for safe and convenient window-cleaning.

In a closed position, the hinges of the window frame are hidden in the slots in the window structure between the frame and the jamb - as a result, these windows are a popular choice both for apartment buildings in a more modern style and also for the older style houses.
